In my meditation this morning, I am in room with cobwebs and dust and boxes and boxes piled up.
“This is your past. You need to open it up,” I am told.
As I contemplate this, the boxes and cobwebs start to disappear, the sun shines through the window, and the room is clean and fresh.
“You don’t need to open everything individually. You just need to keep your past open and available to you. The past is a guide to learn from. Difficult moments can be seen with different eyes, not diminishing them but healing from them.”
